Hint: There's only a small set of numbers you can reach. Dom(z), where
z is the function z:=(number-(total of the digits of the number));, is
90. The Img(z) however is only 10.
This means, you have 90 starting values, a function z that will render
those 90 values down to only 10 values. Those 10 values are always
the same icon on the table. As a seed I will give you the first of those
10 which is 81.
Hint2: Icon board is shuffled after each click. That's why you get different hits.

I can understand how you get down to a couple values, but I don't understand is that you can pick any number and there are always different pictures showing up, but its always the one your thinking

he is saying the equation is bringing it down to 1 of 10 numbers, its not as noticable when the starting value is 0, look at the table you will see every 9th value has the same icon. The only reason its a diffrent icon is the board is shuffled every time it loads. the answer will always be 9,18,27,36,45,54,63,72,81, or 90.
