...when I'm making an avi demo. The quality is great now and so on but err..

15 seconds is 293 MB. Resolution 800x600.

What to do folks?

Well, I did what you told me Wartex, aviDemoWidth, aviDemoHeight and something about samples. I wanted the movie a bit bigger though, 800x600.

It's very enjoyable to watch, but filesize is real ...

I did:

aviDemo <demoname>
avi blablabla (res width) 800
avi blablabla (res height) 600
avi blablabla (samples) 4

I really don't know the commands. :/

Photek I'd like to see your demo once you get it down to a good transferrable file size. I haven't seen any d3 demos yet.

I'll try making one too. Of course I'll let you work out all the bugs first, so I know exactly what to do!
