Would you like to see a cheap way of doing this. Have a car system and place cd's on the back dash. Make sure your system is really good. The cd's will float. I used to do this with my jetta and freak people out. Also see how the video gets disrupted. You can do that with screens from say a gas station with a loud system aswell. AH the wonderful world of sound.

The cds would not float for long. BUt make sure its a deep bass note. DOesnt have to be the bass note you can hear around town. The USAC stereo competiton cd will work wonders if you can get your hands on it.

:NOTE: Please stand out of the car if it hits over 150dB. It can cause internal harm.
