The most attractive thing about it is girls' voices on voice chats and instagib CTF. Not impressed with movement (absence of strafejump) and netcode, but very impressed with map sizes and vehicles and how fast engine renders them. Models are hard to see too, way too small.

other games to think about:

FEAR is good online and off.

COD2 ONLINE AND OFF.

Q4 online... new mods and maps are making it better.

For UT i like to play onslaught and some ctf. DM is cool but usually everyone plays rankin. Small fun map but it gets boring.
