You know what the funny part is? ........I tried it and it does the same thing! ....At first I thought note pad might generate squares if there were under a certain amount of characters, so I deleted the sentence "Bush hid the facts" and replaced it with "Hello"..........Saved it, then reopened under the same name bush.txt and what do you think appeared? ..........The word "Hello"

That isn't a spoiler I'd say, it's more like there's written down what you've told us ages ago
I think it's truly embarrassing for MS to produce shitty software like that. But then again I know
about time-pressure when you're working as a software engineer... There's this movie called
"Life after Microsoft", which is a documentary about several of the early employees of MS who
had become millionaires and now struggle with life. They also talked about something called the
"Crunch Months". Imagine that you had a project due in 5 months. After 3 months you realize
you actually need another 4 months, so you squish those 4 months into the remaining two ones.
Ergo Crunch months....
