I played there and I think its bogus. I hit a dude with 3 direct rockets and then railed him and he was still jumping around. Ok lets do the math on the hits there.

RA consumes 75% damage.

Assume he has 200/200

1st hit, rocket: 175 / 125
2nd hit, rocket: 150 / 50
3rd hit, rocket: 100 / 0
4th hit, rail: 20 / 0


If he had 200/200 or he picked up some armor shards or at least 25 H bubble in-between hits, it's possible he survived.

He was by the rail in cpm map 3 right next to it and I unloaded as he tried to jump to RA.

that sever is all about timing the power ups and controlling it. Anyone who plays that server A LOT will always have 200 200 when u finally get to fight them. they are good there. Plus they know that maps like the back of thier hands. Still fun to play there though
