While researching a problem, I noticed a guy recommended a program called 'Beyond Compare 2'. Hey, guys... this is a good little program.

I got it and it does a good job of comparing files AND folders! You can use it to synchronize folders -- including HDD folder with FTP site folder. It's somewhat like Windows Explorer on steriods!

If you have a need to keep files synchronized or know which files are the same (regardless of time stamp!), give this a look.
