Yes big and free - At their ridiculous price of $119 for 5 minutes worth of business - it would take at least 30 minutes via VNC/Skype/Phone to tell a moron how to open the case for you to diagnose then another 10 to 15 minutes to find the simple failure - minimum charge one half hour of service $30. Lets say you have an easy day with 20 calls a day - $600 a week - $3,000, a month $12k and one year $144k of easy money.

The goal would be to create a diagnose chart to reduce the amount of time it will take to diagnose and increase the amount of calls to handle. Minimum charge being one-half hour @ $30 and an additional minimum billing of 15 minutes @ $15 or an equivalent of $60/hour for the full usage of minutes. On a 35 minute call the billing would be $45 or an equivalent of $77.15 an hour. The potential for one ghuy alone is working 50 hours a week at 90% efficiency each guy could make in excess of $162k. Now of course that doesn't take into consideration cost of any overhead; advertising, marketing, business development, etc... What it does is start to build a business that has a potential, with a winning strategy, business, marketing, and sales plans to create financial freedom and forward thinking a path towards franchising and the beginnings of pyramids (which I deplore, but can be rewarding) or a limited franchise with percentages for marketing, sales, advertising and a cost for the Recipe - Our Recipe for success!

Yes, it can be Big and Free (in a matter of speaking)
