okay.. I know that you big bad programers are gonna point and laugh at me.. but here goes.

I have been slaving over this stupid computer basically all day, trying to set up a server that has everything just right. -II-Icarus was nice enough to send me a cfg file, and runserver.. so I can just run the stupid server. SO everything fine.. until I try and connect to the server in another window of quake that I launched. When I connect it gives me some

BASEQ3-1/INSTAUNLAGGED


please help? I've got the cfg file he sent me, and one I edited on my own if someone wants to look at it.

Delete all *.pk3 files from your InstaUnlagged folder. You should only have 1, 2 or 3 directories in it - demos, screenshot and vm, as well as q3config.cfg file and your server config. If you have a file called pak0.pk3 in your InstaUnlagged folder - delete it.

In your vm folder u need to have a file called qagame.qvm
