Sunday, January 8 2006, 23:02:52 #32110 openGL failure? Yo, my quake 3 has basically decided it doesn't want to work for me anymore, I've unistalled/installed checked and changed settings all over the place, and still nothing works.
Here's what happens: Exec Quake Console comes up everything loads fine Screen goes black (the loading) Screen jumps, comes back to my desktop, except all the colors are higher, brightness is higher. This used to happen when I got an openGL error, but it's not giving the error now. Any ideas? _________________ The truth only hurts the weak minded. |

Your quake seems to be crashing. Rename pb folder to _pb and try starting it again. _________________

Monday, January 9 2006, 19:01:09 #32138 I had that same problem. The vid card driver reinstall worked for me too.
